My philosophy as a therapist is that through compassion and acceptance, one has the opportunity to break free from assumptions/beliefs, reduce suffering and become empowered to choose how to construct one’s life. Understanding of the self is the first step toward change.
Guided by an integrated approach to develop and sustain mental health, I incorporate an emphasis on body-emotional awareness that has been informed by experience in neuropsychology, biofeedback and yoga.

- Clinical Hypnosis
I have worked with adults experiencing problems in mood and thought as well as with individuals who have survived trauma, and self worth injuries. My work with others involves using crises as opportunities for life changes and resilience development. My training as a neuropsychologist has resulted in bringing a perspective of how the development of insight and awareness can result in forging new neural connections in the brain. This capacity to rewire our brains creates the possibility to remap our lives.
